The Operations Security Support Coordinator will play a pivotal role in the Marine Corps Security Force Battalion (MCSFBn) Operations Department, providing essential administrative support and clerical services to approximately 40 government civilian and military personnel.
The primary responsibilities include documenting, routing, and maintaining command correspondence, as well as offering administrative support for documentation changes, calendar management, and personnel evaluations.

Estimated Starting Salary Range for Office Manager :
$23-24.
60/hour (SCA) Pay commensurate with experience.
Full time benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K and other possible benefits as provided.

Office Manager Responsibilities Include:
Draft, review, archive, and disseminate Operations Department correspondence via email, calendar, Share Point, Share Drive, policy letters, Memorandums, etc.
Provide Battalion wide administrative management and information synchronization support.
Provide knowledge and execution on Navy correspondence procedure and derivative classification.
Provide administrative support for documentation changes, calendar management, and personnel evaluations.
Prepare classified correspondence up to level Secret, including instructions, travel requests, training forms, and other security forms.
Track all departmental personnel action requests, such as leave requests and special requests.
Maintain a documentation library and track changes concerning notices, instructions, MOA's, and other mediums of correspondence.
Manage and provide user support for MCSFBn Share Point navigation, permissions, structure, and use.
Liaison and provide technical knowledge between MCSFBn and SWFLANT IT Helpdesk services Performs other job-related duties as assigned Office Manager Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested:
o Active Secret Clearance.
o 12 months of clerical experience.
o High School Graduate or GED equivalent.
o Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal.
